WHAT TO DO IN ATLANTA THIS FALL

Halloween and real estate make fall really exciting in the Atlanta area.

Fall is one of my favorite times of the year. There's so much to do around Atlanta, and real estate is always busy. Atlanta is one of the top five relocation cities for major corporations, so sellers may see a lot more corporate relocators looking at their homes. You may not have 20 or 30 people making offers, but those who are coming are very serious. You should decorate your home at this time of year if you're selling. It makes your home more welcoming and friendly.

Here are some of the fun things to do around Halloween in Atlanta: The historic Oakland cemetery does tours with music and costumes. The Fox Theater hosts ghost tours that take you behind the scenes into the back parts of the theater. You can go to Kegel's Farm for pumpkins, a corn maze, and farm animals. The Cooper Creek farm has hayrides, zip lines, and a haunted farm night adventure. Don't forget to check out “Boo at the Zoo” at the Atlanta Zoo, the trick or treat at the Georgia Aquarium, and the Netherworld Haunted House at Stone Mountain.

If you think the market is too spooky this time of year, just give me a call. I can help you through it. I'd love to help you with any of your real estate needs and I look forward to hearing from you.
